My Story

I began my journey studying mechanical engineering, and then served as a logistics and supply-management officer — leading people, process, and assets under pressure. After that, I transitioned into corporate consulting and operational transformation: designing systems, standardizing processes, and delivering repeatable, scalable business models.

But as years went by I realized: most consulting just patches holes. It rarely builds the “blueprints” businesses need to stand the test of time.

So I decided to change course — combining my hands-on real-estate investing, asset management, business transformation experience, and passion for design/build projects — to build something different. Now, I design business systems, property-management frameworks, and operational blueprints that help entrepreneurs and small business owners scale — without burning out, without chaos, and without getting trapped in “consultant-for-hire” mode.

• I marry creative design + operational discipline. Whether it’s real-estate asset management, fleet maintenance scheduling, supply-chain kits, or business SOPs — I treat each as a “design-and-build” project, with the same discipline I used as an engineer, Marine-Corps logistics officer, and corporate transformation consultant.

• I hold an MBA from the University of Colorado Denver and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy.

• I’m a former Marine-Corps logistics officer — I’ve led teams, managed large assets, and planned under pressure.

• Outside of business, I’m a husband and father of four, passionate about the outdoors, building things, and blending creativity with purpose.

• I’m guided by faith, integrity, and a belief that strong leadership — equipped with clarity and systems — shapes outcomes for the better.
